1. Banana and oatmeal cookie
Ingredients
8 tablespoon oatmeal
1 ripe banana
1 egg white
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
5-6 dried apricots
Directions:
Whisk the egg white for a couple of minutes just to loosen it up a little bit. Add oatmeal cinnamon and baking soda and mix well. Smash the banana with a fork and add to the mixture. Cut the apricots into small pieces, add into the dough and shape it into nut sized balls. Cook 10 minutes in 170 degree Celsius preheated oven.
2. Oat and cocoa balls
Ingredients
10 dates
1 carrot

Ingredients
50 gr shredded coconut
1 egg white
1 apple
6 tablespoon oatmeal
2-3 tablespoon dried raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Whisk the egg white for a couple of minutes until they loosen up a little bit. Grate the apple and remove the excess water. Mix all the ingredients with a food processor, shape the dough into cookie form and bake for 20 minutes in a 160 degree Celsius preheated oven.
